Processing Time

• Please allow 1- 2 business days for items that are ready to ship. Orders are processed chronologically as they are received. 
• It may take 7-30 days for items that are made to order.

Standard (Canadapost/Airmail):

• United States & Canada: 4-8 business days from Canada studio, 7-14 days from oversea studios.
• Other Countries: 8-10 business days from Canada studio, 8-16 days from oversea studios.

Express:

• 4-7 days by Fedex/UPS

 

Shipment to your address

• You choose the address that works best for you (your home or office or the home of a friend or family member).

• The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery.

• We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

• Please note that orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

 

Track Your Order

• The tracking number will be sent to your email once the parcel has been fulfilled. Once your order has been shipped, you can track it using online tracking tool.

 

• Large orders may arrive in split orders.
