If the item(s) has been damaged when arrive, please email us at tinytinyworldcanada@gmail.com, and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
- We will be responsible for paying the shipping costs or issuing a full refund for returns due to our error.

Once a purchased item is marked as 'Final Sale,' it cannot be returned or exchanged.
- If the item(s) is returned due to personal reasons (unliked color, inappropriate size, etc.), please email us at tinytinyworldcanada@gmail.com We will not be responsible for the return shipping costs. So please check the product introduction carefully before ordering.
- To be eligible for a return, please make sure your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- We recommend you use a trackable shipping service. Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Missing and Lost Parcel
- If you received a “Delivered” status, but believe it has not been delivered, the best way is to follow up with the local post office for further information.
- Moreover, please contact us within 7 business days from the date showing ”Delivered ”, and we will help you contact the courier agency for finding the parcel.
- If 7 business days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
Order Cancellation
- Order cancellation is only possible before your order has been shipped and you received a shipping confirmation by email. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s).
